mapp View
The following requirements must be met in order to execute an HMI application on the client.
The mapp View server must be accessible from the client over the network.
If a firewall is installed, it must be configured to allow access to the configured mapp View server ports.
A mapp View HMI application is an HTML5 application that is displayed in a browser.
The HMI application can be shown in all conventional browsers without having to install additional plug-ins.
However, it is recommended to use the latest browser for mapp View, based at least on the following:
Chrome/Chromium version 53 or later
QTWebEngine version 5.4 or later

Browsers based on the above specifications have been tested extensively and shown to have the best performance.
Other browsers can also be used (Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge). They are not supported, and there is no guarantee that no problems will occur.
Different browser versions are used depending on the client hardware. For technological reasons, they may not support all functions possible with a mapp View HMI application. The user must check whether the planned mapp View HMI application is also displayed as expected on the target devices to be used.
Cookies must be enabled in the browser for a mapp View HMI application.
